We have been really pleased with this purchase. The T91 is a well-built, solid treadmill that is easy to set up. It does fold up but, since it is quite heavy, it is best left in place as much as possible. Controls are simple and performance is perfectly adequate for people like us who want to use it to lose weight and improve general fitness. It provides speeds up to 10 mph and inclines to 10%. To move it one lifts the walking platform up to almost vertical (maybe 70 degrees) and then can push it on its wheels. The booklet that comes with the unit is actually written in very good clear English.
