Firstly I received this item within 48 hours; thank you Amazon! It was easy to put together; took less than 40 mins. It is sturdy and doesn't take up a lot of space and could be overlooked in a bedroom or office. There is just enough resistence to insure you are getting a workout. You can adjust the hight of the steps which adds more quality to the workout. You can get you heartrate going. I am happy I bought it, I use it everyday but Sunday!
