I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to expand their fitness needs or to those just starting out. It's an incredible product that uses your own bodyweight to challenge your muscles. Since you're using your own bodyweight it is extremely adaptable and adjustable. You control how much of your bodyweight you are actually using to make it harder or easier.
PLUS you can take the TRX anywhere! You can tie it up on a tree, playground equipment, basketball hoops, basically anything that is stable. They even have a door anchor that allows you to slip it over a door, shut the door, and you can use it anywhere indoors (home, hotel, etc.) You can say goodbye to your gym membership and save some buckaroos using this piece of equipment. I am huge fan and believer in this product.
