Before I brought the Gazelle Freestyle I wanted to know if I would be required to walk, if I would have to bend my knees, and if I would get a overall workout. I have not been disappointed! -I have Plantar Facitis so this make it difficult for me to walk; I also have bad knees. I received the Gazelle Freestyle three weeks ago and my life has turned around because my feet are pain free-no walking, my knees don't have to bend-100 extra points! and my whole body get a workout! 1000 extra points. I would recommend this Gazelle Freestyle to the young and old. Take my word -there is not a better replacement. It is worth every dime I spent on it and I am 100 percent satisfied.
