My Wife and I bought this unit about a month ago, along with a Sole E55 Elliptical.
Of the two, this machine is the sturdiest. This machine takes a beating and doesn't quit, and is built impressively strong.
After a solid month of use (~1-2hrs/day 5 days a week) I have noticed a small creek when the incline moves from Zero to Two, then once it has passed level Two, there is no more creek.
It's only a slight noise, not sure if its indicative of something bad, but I don't mind it at all if that's all that goes wrong.
I'd recommend this machine to anyone looking for a treadmill that will get some serious use.
